Job Provider Terms and Conditions – Anasvija Private Limited
1. Account Management
- Job Providers can create and manage their accounts on Anasvija to post job vacancies.
- You must provide accurate company details, including a valid email and contact information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Job Posting Guidelines
- Job postings should be genuine and not misleading.
- No fake, fraudulent, or deceptive job offers are allowed.
- Any violation may result in the removal of job listings and account suspension.
3. Data Privacy & Security
- Job Providers must not misuse candidate data for purposes other than recruitment.
- Sharing or selling candidate data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Candidate data should be handled in compliance with Anasvija’s Privacy Policy.
4. Candidate Rights
- Candidates have the right to delete their accounts at any time via after login there account:
- Candidates can apply for jobs, update their resumes, and manage their profiles freely.
5. Communication & Hiring Process
- Job Providers must use ethical and professional communication with candidates.
- Discriminatory or offensive behavior will lead to account suspension.
- Selection and hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the Job Provider.
6. Account Termination
- Anasvija reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
- Job Providers may request account deletion by contacting info@anasvija.com.
